John runs WW2 Tours out of Honiara and is unarguably the most knowledgable historian on the Battle of Guadalcanal. I first did a WW2 Tour with John in 2007. He took us to most of the places on this site and he is one of the best story tellers I have ever meet. If you are ever in Honiara you should look him up as this site does not compare to doing the tour with him. John isn't always in Honiara so it is best to contact him via his webapage first to organise a tour.
